Basically I wanted to know how you set you get in shape for summer.
(the move you make, the food, etc. ..)
I practice martial arts 3 hours per week (Wassah, attention to who makes me angry! = D), usually eat a normal flat of pasta, a second that can be a little steak / salad , the fruit, I try to drink a lot !
And you? Tell me how you prepare for the test summer clothing!
